Care | It is important not to dry clean your water-resistant items as heat and chemicals will damage them. If spot cleaning is insufficient, you can wash you coat at max 30 degrees in a hand wash programme. Please note that the fabric will soften and color will fade with washing.

Returns Policy
We accept returns on full price items for a refund, exchange or store credit within 7 days of you receiving your item. If you opt for a refund, you will be charged a return handling fee. For New Zealand customers, the handling fee is $60, for International customers, the handling fee is $80. This will be reflected in the refunded amount.
If you opt for an exchange or store credit, these fee will be waived.
MUSE does not accept returns for jewellery, swimwear, sunglasses, lingerie, and activewear.
