Care | Suede, while treated for durability, is inherently delicate, and subtle variations in color and texture may naturally occur between garments, enhancing the distinctive character of each coat. In pieces that combine suede and shearling, slight differences in material thickness may also be present, contributing to the uniqueness of every piece. Please note that while the suede and shearling has been treated, some color transfer may still occur, particularly when paired with lighter or contrasting fabrics.

Returns Policy
We accept returns on full price items for a refund, exchange or store credit within 7 days of you receiving your item. If you opt for a refund, you will be charged a return handling fee. For New Zealand customers, the handling fee is $60, for International customers, the handling fee is $80. This will be reflected in the refunded amount.
If you opt for an exchange or store credit, these fee will be waived.
MUSE does not accept returns for jewellery, swimwear, sunglasses, lingerie, and activewear.
