Returns Policy
We accept returns on full price items for a refund, exchange or store credit within 7 days of you receiving your item. Refunds are subject to a handling and processing fee of $60 NZD for New Zealand customers and $80 NZD for international customers. Please note that the cost of return postage must be covered by the customer. If you opt for an exchange or store credit, these fee will be waived.
MUSE does not offer refunds on purchases made using AfterPay or LayBy.
If you choose to receive a credit, we are delighted to now offer 110% of the value to be applied toward your next purchase.

Free delivery on all NZ orders over $500International orders are shipped with DHL Express and have an expected delivery window of within 3-10 business days of dispatch. Shipping costs do not include duties or taxes that may be applied by customs.
