Returns Policy

We accept returns on full price items for a refund, exchange or store credit within 7 days of you receiving your item. If you opt for a refund, you will be charged a return handling fee. For New Zealand customers, the handling fee is $60, for International customers, the handling fee is $80. This will be reflected in the refunded amount. If you opt for an exchange or store credit, these fee will be waived.

MUSE does not accept returns for jewellery, swimwear, sunglasses, lingerie, and activewear.

Shipping

International orders are shipped with DHL Express and have an expected delivery window of within 3-10 business days of dispatch. Shipping costs do not include duties or taxes that may be applied by customs.
