Care | Cashmere is a fragile material and therefore we recommend that you do not wash it more often than every fourth use. In between, it is enough to just vent the garment in fresh air. It is ok to wash cashmere in a washing machine, use the wool program with short wash, never more than 30 degrees.

Returns Policy
We accept returns on full price items for a refund, exchange or store credit within 7 days of you receiving your item. Refunds are subject to a handling and processing fee of $60 NZD for New Zealand customers and $80 NZD for international customers. Please note that the cost of return postage must be covered by the customer. If you opt for an exchange or store credit, these fee will be waived.
If you choose to receive a credit, we are delighted to now offer 110% of the value to be applied toward your next purchase.
